A Little Something For Your Trouble

Update: Sale extended to June 13!

As a token of our appreciation for a little favor we haven't actually asked you about yet, we're offering 10% off on all game time purchases from now until noon (Pacific) on June 13, 2017! The discount applies to every purchase of game time through the store or through an automatically rebilled subscription payment, as long as the purchase gets processed during the sale. The discount also gets applied to the already reduced prices for annual and biannual game time purchases, making those options an even better deal than before. Once the sale's over, all prices for the store and for automatic rebilling will return to the standard prices.

There is a little catch to this, and that's where the favor mentioned above comes in. As part of our transition to Paizo, we have to move all our billing over to a different account, which we'll be doing on Tuesday, April 18 at noon (Pacific). Unfortunately, that means we need to ask all of you to re-enter your payment information after the switch is made. We know this is a hassle, and we tried to find a way to transfer all the payment information over so that this wouldn't be necessary, but it ultimately turned out not to be feasible for multiple reasons.

Right after the switch, we'll be sending out an email to all active account-holders to let you know that it's time to re-enter your information. Until then, your payment information will remain on your account, so if you want to take a little of the time pressure off on re-entering your payment information, you can purchase some game time from the store before the switch at the discounted price, which will give you a little time before another purchase is needed to remain active after the switch. If you'd rather wait and do everything at once, then just make sure you get your information re-entered before you run out of game months and before May 18 so you can take advantage of the reduced prices.

Thanks again for all your support over the years, for all your constructive criticism, and for sticking with us through little hiccups like these. We really appreciate it, and we're excited to be closing in on delivering the first Paizo-era update to you in May as well.
