As part of the process of moving Pathfinder Online from Goblinworks to Paizo, we made some changes to our billing system at noon (Pacific) on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Unfortunately, this required removing payment information and deactivating automatic billing settings on every account. This means that everyone will need to re-enter their payment information before any new purchases can be made, and will also need to reactivate automatic billing before subscriptions can be automatically charged when an account runs out of game time. We know this is a hassle and apologize for the inconvenience. As a token of our appreciation, we're offering 10% off on all game time purchases from now until noon (Pacific) on May 18, 2017, so now's the time to re-enter your payment information and take advantage of this sale!
To reactivate automatic billing (or set it up for the first time), please go to your Subscription page. There you can add a payment method, select a billing period, and confirm your choice.
To purchase game time directly (particularly useful if you want to stock up during the sale), go to the Store, where you can make your selection and then enter your payment information as part of the checkout process.
