Healing/Buffing Cleric

Chasewinfall
I'm not sure if this has been answered before but I thought this might be the right place to ask. I play a full support Cleric along side my wife's character and I am not gaining any divine focus ranks, is there a way I can continue to level up without fighting her for the kills.
Doc
If you kill mobs like skeletons you can share the divine points, IIRC.

The general divine ranks are not hard. It's the focus ranks that are elusive. As a weapon, you must score the kill yourself, with your focus as the primary weapon, most attacks on which do about a dozen points or less. It takes 3+ hits to kill a baseline goblin if you're lucky.

If your not a purist get them down with an AoE attack from something else like wilting surge on a diminishing staff or whirlwind on a longsword, then charge in and smack them with Touch of Darkness to finish them off.

This. Or buff your wife, let HER do the whirlwind, then run in and gack a couple when her stamina dumps.
My ban has now gone from 7 days to permanent with a chance to appeal after 6 months. Paizo has violated the ToS and EULA, which mention nothing about repercussions for actions on the forums resulting in loss of access to the game client. I have not done anything in violation of the rules which would warrant a ban from the game client.

Thanks everyone for the fast responses. I'll just keep trying to steal her kills then, was just hoping for an easier way. I'll have to try to locate skeletal enemies.

There are skeletion Escalions in the SW area of the map; one South of talonguard and South of Ossian's Crossing.

This should change in EE4.

When a entity is killed all party members within visual range of the dead entity will get a weapon-related Achievement point based on whatever weapon each eligible party member is holding when the mob dies (as well as a point towards the "slayer" Achievement for that entity type). In other words, if a character is holding a Divine Focus, and another character in the same party kills a nearby goblin, the first character would advance one point in the current x of y tracker for the Divine Focus Weapon Expert Achievement.
