EE 11.1 Preliminary Release Notes

Our first Final Candidate for EE 11.1 just passed all of our internal tests and is scheduled to be deployed to Zog tomorrow morning during regular daily maintenance (Friday, 1/22/2016, 9-10 AM Pacific).

If there's anything you'd like to set up beforehand to make sure it handles the transition well, please set that up tonight. In particular, any Settlement Leaders on Zog might want to try setting the permissions for their Settlement and Settlement Upkeep vaults to verify that they get changed to the default settings when EE 11.1 is deployed. After deployment, you can then try altering those permissions to see what effects they have on vault and crafting access.

If anyone wants to join in on the Test Server and doesn't currently have access, just send an email to customer.support@goblinworks.com and I'll get you set up.

  • Level 7 Expendables require T3 Implement Proficiency.

I assume you are aware of similar discrepancies in armor feats with the T2 and T3 proficiency gated one level higher than the armor feat needed to actually activate the T2 and T3 advanced keywords.

If I was aware of it, I've forgotten I was aware of it. I'll throw that on the bug database to look at for the next build.

ah … well it has always been an annoyance and a trap for new players. If you train your armor feat to 7 but forget to train T2 proficiency you get T2+2 keywords activated but do not get any of the T2 resistances etc or save bonuses.
Checking the armor feats, every single armor feat gets the Masterwork Keyword at 6 but requires [appropriate] Armor Proficiency 2 at rank 7. That seems like something intentional?

Thod/Theodum are the OOC/IC leaders of the Emerald Lodge - a neutral settlement in the center of the mal that tries to the first to explore the Emerald Spire - should that part of the game ever become available. We have a strong in game and out of game relationship with the Pathfinder Society.
We welcome both hard core players as well as casual players with or without tabletop experience. We have a strong group in Europe and are slowly expanding into the US. We are predominately PvE as our neutral political stance means that we tend to use PvP only in self-defence. We are not anti-PVP - but expect limited PvP opportunity with us.

Armor prof 3 requires rank 9 of an armor feat, rank 10 of the armor feats grant a t3 keyword, and rank 11 require prof 3.
