Edited the original post to allow founding company leaders to make the request as well.

With support kicking in now but settlements unable to raise their settlement levels until Monday, I'm open to raising the settlement level before then for any settlements that didn't manage to get their levels raised in time. I'll only raise it to the level you intend to go up to on Monday, and I'll take a pro-rated amount of bulk goods out of the vault in exchange, but you'll have your desired support over the weekend instead of waiting until Monday. I just need an email from the official settlement owner (or at least a founding company leader) sent to customer.support@goblinworks.com letting me know the desired settlement level.

When does the Goblinary get updated with the EE12 information?

With PaizoCon this weekend, I won't have a chance to update the public spreadsheets until next week, so there won't be anything new for Goblinary to scrape until then.

1. Aeon Stones - is the official wiki pages updated with them? if so what tab?
I'll be doing a full update on the public spreadsheets after PaizoCon, so from those that have been dropping, and the upgraded stones each require 2, 3, 4 or 5 of the same type of stone from one upgrade below them, respectively. At least, that's the best I can say from memory.

2. Since our PvP windows are now 3 days- during the days which the PvP doesnt open- when are bulk resources used/ put into holdings ? a) normal time? or b) down time ??
At the normal PvP window time.

We're doing a quick server-side update this morning to fix the issue with tearing down holdings. It may (or may not) take a little longer than usual before the servers come back up from Daily Maintenance.

If my company owns a Settlement and then I lose it, do I have to join a new Settlement and get Withdraw permission on the new Settlement's Settlement Upkeep Vault before I can withdraw from the Settlement Upkeep Vault in my old Settlement hex?

You do have to be a member of a settlement, because otherwise there's nobody to give you vault access to settlement vaults. However, if you join another settlement that has a different founding company, then whenever you look at settlement vaults in another settlement, even one you used to own, you're actually looking at the settlement vaults attached to your current founding company, so you still can't access your old stuff. What you actually need to do is become the founding member of a new/different settlement, at which point you can retrieve stuff from your old settlement vaults.

We know this isn't ideal, but our data structures for settlements currently don't support the idea of a landless settlement, or any memory of settlements that your company previously held, and that makes access to formerly held vaults tricky unless the logic is really similar to the logic for accessing your own vaults in your own settlement. The other alternative (without a fair amount of work) was basically just to say that the only way to regain access to those vaults in that settlement hex would be to regain complete control of that specific settlement. We do hope to eventually have a concept more like a landless settlement, or a settlement-in-waiting, which would let founding companies and banner companies form up before they have a settlement, and stay together if they lose one, which would make it easier to support vault access as well. It's not currently on the roadmap, so I'm not sure when we'll be able to fit that work in, but it's definitely something we're looking at.

but meanwhile I can help tear down holdings for those who need to do so.

I'll hold off for a day or two and ask for several at once. Won' break any master plans to wait a cpl days smile

With luck, you'll be able to do it yourself tomorrow.

Anyone who does need help tearing down a holding, just send email to customer.support@goblinworks.com letting me know which hexes and what kind of holding in each hex (just as a precaution to help make sure I'm tearing down the right one). Also be sure to send your request from the email associated with a leader of the company owning the holding. I'll be busy with PaizoCon preparations, but I'll try to get to it as quickly as I can. We're also working to prep a server-side fix and hope to be able to deploy it tomorrow.

Placing Holdings and ouposts seems to be on track. Still getting a good run around about spots for outposts though. You get to the spot and try to place, it offers a new spot. Eventually works out but not really were you may want to put them.

I've got a bug filed for that issue. Not sure exactly what's going on there but I believe it's been happening for a while, just not all the time.

P.S. Was it possible before to place Holding and Outposts the same day?

Yes, I believe that's been possible for quite some time.
