Ustalav Invaders is set to run up to 3 instances, not counting the Home Hex. Escalations are actually pretty unlikely to run their maximum number of instances, since the odds of being spawned drop based on the number that already exist. When a hex clears up, if there are already 2 Ustalav Invaders instances, then there's only about a 1 in 30 chance that the new hex will be Ustalav Invaders.

That said, it's certainly possible there's a bug in the spawning algorithm that prevents the final Ustalav Invaders instance from spawning. If you track it for a while longer and never get a third instance, then we can take a closer look at that code.

Not top priority, but important: figure out how to get water where it should be everywhere.

Sadly, this would likely be outside the scope of what we can do in a reasonable time with our current resources.

Two items that come to mind for me are:

1. Being able to click on someone and then type in "/invite" - similar to the way trades are done.

2. Being able to split stacks to the size that I want when moving them in and out of the bank or trades. I could see a similar mechanism that is being used when you trash items from your inventory.

These are both code work, but probably not too bad.

If possible Thorn guards to stop attacking players on death. Reason Thorn guards are located in New Player shrines to protect players, however they are target able and easy for a player that has started out to attack and then promptly be killed and repeatedly killed.

I'm not sure how much work this would be, though at least the guard AI is separated out. We could at least take a quick look.

Bugfixes are welcome. Auspicious critical, and getting the channels working as the explanations say they should (whether that be done by changing how they work or changing how they as explained), and the other bugs in the priority queue.

Won't be sure whether we can sort out Auspicious Critical or not until taking a closer look at what's actually happening, but could probably at least get it looked at.

Channels is probably a bigger deal to tackle, but if it feels like a high priority, it's again possible that I could look into it enough to see what the best solution is. It's possible there's an easy fix here.

Adjustment of former shield hexes that were changed in 11.1 to have T2 resources allocated

This I can probably do, though balancing it properly will require a bit of work. Shouldn't be too bad.

Now that EE 11.1 has been out for a bit, I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on what specific issues we should tackle for EE 11.2. This build will again have a focus on polish items and bug fixes, ideally things that can be implemented both quickly and safely.

Given the current size of the team, we won't be able to do tons of work, so it would be best if you could each pick just a few very specific things that would really make a difference for you. I'll chime in as much as I can to help answer questions and give some rough idea of which things are more or less possible.

Please post your suggestions in this thread, and if any particular issues start to need massive amounts of discussion, we can start separate threads for them.

I finally had a chance to try this out on my Mac and was able to run 6 clients at once without running into any problems (aside from the clients all being unplayably slow).

My machine is clearly different from yours, with an i5 processor, 8 GB RAM and a different graphics card. I'm also running OS X El Capitan 10.11.3, so upgrading your system might help.

The fact that the keyboard continues to be a problem after the game client is shut down implies this may be more of a system failure. Perhaps the issue is just that running multiple clients stresses the system enough to cause this problem. You might try seeing what happens if you run multiple other games at the same time, or even just lots of applications.

If you're only able to replicate this problem with Pathfinder Online, then send me an email at customer.support@goblinworks.com and I'll let you know which logs to send in so we can see if there's anything interesting there.
