From the original blog post:

Once deployed a Base Camp lasts five days but only the owner and members of their party can access it. After the fifth server downtime the Base Camp reverts to Take Down Mode, where it can no longer be used to recover Power but items may still be pulled out of its vault by its owner for the rest of that server day. If items remain in its vault after that the items are destroyed. Long term there will be a way to attack Base Camps, but not destroy them permanently.

The amount of overhead for any specific patch varies, but there's always some. Even for those things that just involve a small data change on the server-side, we probably lose at least 30-60 minutes putting that change out. It's not a lot of time, but it's still time that could be spent fixing even more bugs or building new features. As a result, we only put out patches when we think the benefits of getting a patch out now outweigh the work that could have been done during that time. Sometimes it's worth it, sometimes not.

Escalation Window hangs around when you leave the escalation hex. This obviously isn't high priority but I would expect the window to close when you leave the hex - like the escalation information used to go away when it was located down by the mini-map.

Bug filed.

You used to be able to hover over the class entry (e.g. Cleric level X) in what is now the 'Recent Achievement's window and see what you needed for the next level. That is now gone. So how do you figure out what is needed for the next class level?

Known bug that was introduced with the new Objectives Window. We'll get that fixed in an upcoming build.

Can you fix the bug that removed channel smite from the trainer?

Figured out the problem, easy fix. Will be in the next build.

Will you add the new improved spells to the spreadsheet?

If you're asking about getting the data transferred over to the publicly-shared spreadsheets, that will have to wait until I have a chance to get up to speed on that whole system.

Here are the 10.2 Release Notes: https://www.goblinworks.com/forum/post/45729/

Edited the release notes to include another improvement to the Auction House:

Added Price Histories showing the average price and volume for each item sold that day, the day before, the last week, and the last month. These values only started filling in when 10.2 was released, so they'll fill up over time as more sales are made.

That is correct. The vaults still don't recognize the settings. Only the UI has been fixed.

Settlement Leaders: I forgot to add an important caveat to the note about permissions for Settlement and Settlement Upkeep vaults. We fixed the UI for setting permissions, which previously had all kinds of problems where you would set them, then go back and find they'd all changed. In particular, making changes for one of those vaults could invisibly change the settings for the other vault in unpredictable ways. Because of those problems, we made the servers ignore the settings and just use the default permissions for those two vaults until we could get the UI fixed.

Now the UI is fixed, but if we had just immediately had the servers start following the settings, then your vaults would have suddenly started using whatever crazy settings had accidentally been set. That means you could have suddenly found your Settlement Upkeep vault with full withdrawal permissions for everyone. So for now, the servers still recognize the default values, giving you a chance to set the permissions to your desired ones before the servers start using them. Or you can just set the permissions to the default values so they won't suddenly change when the servers start using them, allowing you to manually change them later and know exactly when they'll take effect.

Sorry about the confusion. I've fixed the original post to reflect this clarification.

The last time I got a report like this, the issue cleared up at the next downtime, so try joining your desired company again today.
