Don't stack, as in, don't provide multiple benefits.

If you have 2 utility feats that BOTH require Stubborn, you only need 1 piece of Misc. Gear with Stubborn to activate BOTH feats.

Yes I have noticed, as you–personally–have responded that you escallated bugs I've submitted on the live server to your team.

Thanks for the response, Ryan. You guys are doing an amazing job, keep fighting the good fight!

It happens because you have queued up an attack, but the mob has already died. So the queued attack is being 'Interrupted'.

That sort of makes me wonder… What is the actual procedure for checking and validating a Bug report from players in the test game? Because I submitted a bug detailing that exact issue (feats unequipping) at around 9pm MST last night on the test (other than the fact that I didn't know it was due to hex boundaries).

What sort of priority is attributed to a bug report on test? It seems to me that someone would have had ample time this morning to see my bug report, reproduce it, and call for a delay on release.

Maybe you guys need to not be so focused on pumping out releases… I know I'm not the only one who would rather wait longer for a good build than have a bugged build pushed to live.

The reason I am being a role 'purist' right now is 35% roleplaying and 65% pragmatism. Very soon the multiclassers are going to run in to major hurdles in the way of achievement gates, ability score gates, and role level gates. I am mainly focusing on trying to become as powerful a warrior as I can with as little sidetracking as possible. When I DO hit all my caps, you better believe I will be exploring other roles. How cool would it be, in 7 years to be able to say to your company mates 'hey, you want me to rock Fighter for tonight's PvP, or are we short on healers? I can do either at max ranks.'

Thanks my goal.

And hey, no copy-cating!

Edit: LOL! Completely glossed-over KB'S post, in which he literally explains the exact same thing that I did.

I guess I am the copy-cat. Or… Maybe just as smart as KB to have figured it out too? Yeah, Imma go wit that one.

OMG!!!

I don't know what you guys did, but not only did you fix the FPS bug, but I am literally clocking DOUBLE the usual FPS I get on the live server!

So awesome!

Edit: the one bummer though: click targeting STILL only responds on the up-click, as opposed to the down-click we thought was going in. However, moving mobs are much easier to target now, as is click targeting while you are in motion, which is a really huge boost.

I didn't have any of the usual weird UI issues, such as abilities (especially utilities and expendables) greying out and becoming unresponsive.

Lastly, little things like queued attacks auto cancelling when switching targets makes combat so much faster and fun.

Overall pretty great feelings about this patch!

Who the original aggressor was should be irrelevant; the whole point of the discussion should be protecting those who have died and been raised at a shrine.

I could not disagree with this more strongly.

Imagine a stranger wanders into your land, does you no harm (that is, does not harvest any Resources or Escalations and does not attack any other players), and you kill him and then repeatedly kill him again as he tries to flee.

Now imagine an enemy that invades your land, after a long history of repeatedly killing anyone they see in your territory and a consistent pattern of reengaging after they've been killed, and you kill him and then repeatedly kill him again as he tries to flee.

There is a world of difference between those two scenarios. In the first, there is every reason to believe the player is genuinely attempting to flee the area. In the second, there is every reason to believe the player is only attempting to flee your immediate vicinity so that he can reengage elsewhere.

We should never intentionally blind ourselves to the circumstances that led up to an event, or to the history and behavior of the other players we're interacting with.

I guess it's my naive, chaotic side (maybe a hint of Canadian?) that makes me feel like every situation should be judged separately. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I know I would hate to be judged based on my previous actions, I am sure I am not alone. Everyone has made mistakes and done things they shouldn't have done, or that they are not proud of.

Besides, my 'rule-of-thumb' specifically only states "don't attack the raised character unless they attack/engage first." I am definitely not advocating giving them gifts and sending them on their way; if it was me I would likely shadow them and verify that their intentions really are to retreat. At worst, they trick me and get one free shot in, at which point I am cleared weapons-hot and they are the target.

At best, the people who really wanted to escape the PVP leave with no hurt feelings from being killed 19+ times.
