Keywords on miscellaneous gear (hands, feet, back neck, fingers, etc.) match to your utility feats. The don't have the standard keyword progression, however. Instead of all the keywords being on the same piece of gear (like weapons and armour) at different upgrade levels, the keywords are spread out over multiple pieces of gear.

Say that you have a utility feat that has Stubborn as the Rank 1 keyword. All you need, in order to make full use of that utility, is ONE piece of misc. gear that has the Stubborn keyword on it.

Therefore, as you rank up your utility feats, you will need to find new gear that will match the new keyword.

PS. Keyword effect is the same mechanic on all equipment, regardless of type. The effects of the Feat (attack, utility, expendable, whatever) are increased or decreased in proportion to your Activated keywords versus the Targets Activated keywords (even when the target is you!). The word 'Fleet', itself, does not mean anything.

Feat User:Target
1:1 ratio = 100% effect (ex. Dodging, Slowed, Oblivious)
10% +/- for every 1 point of difference, i.e.:

2:1 = 110% effect potency
1:2 = 90% effect potency

Just brainstorming, but here's an idea: Have towers initially worth a small amount of training, but grow in value the longer (measured in days, or perhaps weeks) a tower is held to a cap (and perhaps also increase the # of points required to cap that long-held tower at the same time). I think this would encourage defending towers you already hold over taking new towers (and give defenders more chance to respond to/repel an unexpected attack on their more valuable/long-held towers).

This is a ridiculously good idea.

"Why doesn't this patch have the love that *I* want?" is never a constructive response to patch notes.

I think it was a perfectly valid response; I'm not the ONLY fighter who feels a little left behind.

Our charges don't work, we can't immobilize or stun mobs (and therefore spend our fights running around in circles), and we only have 1/3 of the expendable choices that Wizards do. So yeah, it's frustrating to be a melee fighter right now.

I don't think it is wrong to want the Devs to know that.

Looks good, but how come no love for Maneuvers with the change to Spells? Of my 6 Maneuvers, only 2 benefit from my Role feat keywords…

Darn Wizards always get all the attention.

Edit: and I honestly think campfires should only have a 1 hour cool down. It is very easy to blow through a bar of Power in an hour.

I would assume that it is as simple as:

You have to be in the owner's party to put things in, or take things out, of the vault.

Once an item is in the vault, it can be accessed by anyone who meets the pre-reqs above; there will be no segregation by 'who put what' in the vault.

The one big lesson:

Make sure you trust the people you are dealing with; don't put anything in someone else's vault unless you don't mind never seeing it again.

I know many people, myself included, who quite enjoy the deviation from 'MMO Standard' that exists in PFO.

We've discussed it elsewhere ad nauseum, and I don't have the time to find the threads, but basically, it is not anything wrong with the game system or healing itself. We all just have to re-train ourselves to play the type of healing that PFO offers (and I know several AMAZING healers in TSV, namely Avari and Uthreth).

#1 - Your team members have to be more aware of where the healer is. If you are getting in trouble, go to your healer! Don't expect them to come to you.

#2 - Make use of the Charging heals; they aren't ranged 'per se,' but, in an emergency, they will get you to someone who is going down fast.

Yes, you are right, of course. I don't contribute anything to this community what-so-ever. At least, not to the level you do. But I will continue to strive for that goal.

Anyway, I was being facetious and testing out the new emotes that Bob made us: they really are quite useful.
