As i posted this in the bug thread, figured id would put it here as well…
If a group comes into PFO and wants to take over a settlement, they need to bring at least 20 people, they will need to break those people into companies, but will also need those people to do things for all the companies they create.

Having lock out mechanisms for 2 days would kill smaller start up settlements , if settlement wants to create a settlement near a large one, the mechanic for the large established company to fight this , should not be well lets trap them in the company they used to feud for 2 days while we have one of our other companies take everything from their holding company.

Putting in restrictions on moving companies is a bad idea there is just too much control given to the larger established settlements ,being able to enforce their will on newer ones. I get these older established settlements will have advantages, but putting in a restriction like this is an auto win for them and that shouldn’t be the case..

..

Also as it pertains to this, As I followed the game Pre Alpha forums I was under the impression players would be able to join multiple companies( Thought it was up to three or something), Not sure what happened to that idea, perhaps some folks can point me to where that was completely cancelled but last I heard I was just not implemented yet.

So being part of multiple companies is certainly not a game to the system, if doing so was actually part of the game design…

I do not feel this is a bug.

Not sure about telling a company they cant recruit for two days. Or someone locking out that company by fueding it continuously with multiple companies.

Your feature (polearm specialization, bow specialization etc ..) will give you the best strength gain. just my opinion..

Those evil Golgothans they better not kill that group and force them to quit the game …

Having a extra settlement take a tower, then consolidating forces at one location after you protect the locations you really care about is a bit shady…

Not that it matters now, ardent crusaders ( TEO?) took one of those towers last night and Golgotha took the other… the TEO fight was actually a ton of fun!( wonder if the lack of phaeros being involved helped with the fun factor of that .. thoughts for another time)

It seems weird to me that I could turn a Fishery into a Quarry.
The water has escaped the river kingdoms… most of the rivers are dry .. ( like the world wound..) perhaps the fisherman had to learn new skill but didn’t want to build new building and just started calling fisheries quarries’..

sorry bad joke time but was just whats the term .. Low hanging fruit !

How hammer fall fits into this ..
They fit into this because they are the ones that took the tower from Golgotha, Phaeros and keepers started defending the tower,( This started around 6-7 May sorry don't have exact date ). To my knowledge it was never traded back and forth. Phaeros spent their pvp window time patrolling their own towers in the south, and used the Hammerfall tower window as a way concentrate numbers for defense.

The first keepers guy that I heard of being attacked since we had a cooling off period ( except for phaeros) Was the guy who died Sunday (mothers day evening May 10th), he was carrying some T2 armor and a T2 weapon In his inventory while running through the emerald spire T2 escalation. That guy was really upset.. Think the following night more folks were attacked( maybe even the same guy..)

That being said perhaps that player was unaware his settlement had started defending a tower the Thursday and Friday prior to that Sunday and we clarified on Saturday that keepers were indeed a valid target.

@Bringslite
Just an my observation of the last month…

Over the last month our target has been Phaeros and their interest, we veered away from keepers and from TEO and we were focused on phaeros.

Our target changed after hammerfall took a tower 2 south of Golgotha ‘X’ hex path (didn’t think people actually played in that settlement) ,I guess phearos used that settlement to take a tower from Golgotha so they could defend their towers and concentrate a defense at that one tower every night. People from keepers also defended that tower and pretty much doubled our numbers at that one location every night.

The Golgotha vs Phaeros thing turned into Golgotha vs an underdeveloped(dead) settlement used to take a tower and whoever wanted to show up ..

We couldn’t fight the combined forces nightly so decided to take some towers form them ( including a couple keepers towers because after a week it was obvious they were helping phaeros with the defense ..),

This is when the folks of the north were called in to take all the towers!

This is my opinion / observations over the last month , that is it I do not speak for the empire, just live in it…
Curious why the north got involved, what was told to you guys that we were doing to warrant action on your parts? Was anyone in your alliance attacked? Did you guys lose any towers to us? Were your escalations being farmed or your PvE’ers being harassed?

Or did someone come to you and say they are taking towers again!!!? We need to take all of them from them.. did they leave what led up to this out?

I do recall one group that attacked someone because they were wearing blue….
but figured that was a mistake and the things that lead to that decision were corrected.. but perhaps im mistaken..
