But having some group tell a person what they can and cant farm gather will run off just as many people as killing them .

4 weeks ago we make a deal with the eba. They then draw a line on 20% of the map.

We needed escalations to farm for t2 resources. Like everyone else…

We kill escalations for three weeks to get them in our areas. When they do show up so does the eba.

They kill it completely off and move on. They also have 3-4 t2 escalations in the map they provided to the rest of the server.

So the question is why do that ? And what should we do to acquire t2 resources ? We tried up north and were told halfway through our night to stop.. we create our own and the eba kills them..

When we go out to farm our intention is to gather resources. It appears the other folks main goal is to outright deny resources.

all the above is just my opinion but what out cone was the eba hoping for by doing the above tactics for three weeks straight. .

This was the road map from early Feb.

Good Job on knocking some stuff off this list.. admittedly I don’t know about many of the company or settlement things, but see some things have defiantly been checked off while some have not..

Just wonder/ hoping for a updated road map sometime soon, as EE7 wil l mark the marquis items from this particular blog..

Will Do
Combat
• Improve Charge effects - some improvement still blue screens for lots of people
• Targeting Improvements – EE7 ( blog on Thursday, we hope)
Communications
• Add Settlement Chat Channel ( still missing ?)
• Whispers will appear on all chat tabs. ( not sure haven’t checked. But may be happening now)
Economy
• Change default auction length to 7 days ( yay! Complete, )
• Display historical pricing information in auction house ( not sure on this one)

• Better Grass ( this made the list?)
Game Mechanics
• Add training cost in coin to trainers ( not in game)
• Additional options for Husk Looting ( not sure what additions were added since this map)
• Change guard AI so that they do not attack members of the settlement they are in ( Yay!)
• Power Recovery based on locations ( taverns camps etc , Yay?)

• Do not allow characters to move while trading ( YAY? Apply same code to a log out option, please)
• Do not allow PvP window to overlap with downtime ( YAY?)
• Fix occasional bug that results in incorrect/incomplete resurrection ( EE6.2 broke this fixed again though)
New Player Experience
• All new characters start in Marchmont ( YAY!)

• Rogue Role Feature Improvements ( some progress, EE& blog to follow?)
Settlement / Company Management
• Do not allow Company Leader to exit Company if there are other members ( No Clue.)
• Enable multiple company leaders - Think yay but no clue..
UI/UX
• Add achievement points to Character sheet ( YAY)
• Add Crowdforging Polls to the Log In Screen ( Missing still)
• Add Scroll bars to windows that need them ( Please !!)
• Allow for moving/trading arbitrary stacks of goods ( including coins out of banks ?)
• Change "Class Feature" to "Role Feature" on UI in Paper Doll
• Change Player Stats title of Character Sheet to Character Sheet
• Improve Auction House UI (including a filter to hide items with no open auctions) ( Yay)

• Add ability to change Leadership Company for Settlement ( no clue no one wants to follow me)
• Do not allow a Company that leads a Settlement to apply to join another Settlement ( no knowledge of this as not a leader type person)

Thought we had a pretty good discussion about it before ..

general pvp forums.. the sincere question thread that went 17 pages… think the shrine stuff started about page 11..

Am able to log in as well, but its April for me…

They need to make sure the test and live servers are actually mirror images.
They need to create a checklist of a few hundred basic things .Groups, Loots, Auction houses, movement, communication etc death between hexes, .. these are things that get tested on the server every EE update. Cant just try the new stuff, have to try each thing each iteration.
Then add a checklist of things for the new deployment
Basically you end up with a series of 1000 actions and combinations that should be tried every deployment..
Once you have the list you need to provide an incentive for people to actually test the game…
Shouldn’t be hard to do, ask for volunteers ( 20-40) who say yes I will test this list every sprint run during the week prior to deployment. Give them the 1k check list and have them go through it. Give them free subscription for the account while they test for you
if your entire test group didn’t find the error check your mirror, if the same tester keeps checking boxes that contain errors but they don’t find them(while the rest of the pool does..) , you find another volunteer that would be interested in a free month..
GW not large enough for a true QA department but am sure there would be a few folks that would take you up on an offer like this and serve as a quasi QA team ( even if you only do it for a few months while the major systems are being introduced..)

Any updates on these 2 annoying bugs from EE6.

Bug 1- Party bug- I think a general bug was sent in last week. – people leaving party without leaving or just leaving,. Leaving one that doesn’t change the UI. Etc..
Bug 2- The death bug which occurs and ask if you want to resapwn means the only way to come back in the game is to quit the client and restart, breaking whatever party you were part of.

Just curious if these are close to being corrected as they are super annoying to deal with (especially if we are expecting some new folks in the game today)?

Also interested if others have found good in game work a rounds for these issues. The only way I have used that works for a short amount of time is to have everyone from the original party log out ( have everyone in that party out of the game completely) then have everyone log in and reform. But even then these parties seem to break..
